The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a diverse culinary experience. Each staff member, particularly at the Executive Lounge, was genuinely attentive, making me feel like a cherished guest. Truly a remarkable stay!

Unexpected delights in a cozy stay

I was greeted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a decadent cake on my birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, ensuring every detail was perfect.

However, I did experience a minor inconvenience when the internet service was slower than expected during peak hours, making it difficult to stay connected.

The exceptional service from the staff in the executive lounge made me feel welcomed and at home. The tranquility of the jet pool provided the perfect relaxation after a day in the city.

Amazing views from the room, but parking was a bit pricey.

The hotel experience was generally enjoyable with spacious rooms and excellent service from the staff. However, there were some disturbances at night from unsolicited calls and a notable lack of privacy due to irregular guests in the lobby. Overall, a pleasant stay despite the issues encountered.

The Premier King room skyline view on the 12th floor had an elegant design and big windows for amazing city views at night. It was super clean and had a comfy bed, a Blu-ray player, coffee machine, and free bottled water. The breakfast in the club lounge was a lavish buffet with panoramic views and fresh ingredients. Spa facilities were top-notch with a great pool area and wellness options, including a hot tub and fitness classes.

Charming Stay with Delightful Dining

I enjoyed a lovely 2-night stay in a Deluxe King Room with a city view. The staff was incredibly attentive, especially at Opus, where the Indian cuisine stood out. Remember to save room for dessert, they're delicious but quite sweet! Great for families!

Amazing staff and comfy rooms!

The staff were super friendly and made me feel at home right away. I loved hanging out in the lounge—it’s a great spot to relax and get work done. Oh, and the Chinese styling throughout is really nice! The only thing is, the nearby area wasn't too interesting to explore. Overall, fantastic experience!

The omelettes at breakfast were next-level, fluffy clouds of pure delight—absolutely epic! Plus, the pool area was a beautiful oasis. it felt like a mini vacation within the hotel. The staff went above and beyond, especially Chris from concierge, who navigated us through the language barrier like a pro.

The room was a little tired by Four Seasons standards, and I wasn't too keen on the deposit policy. why block my card when I'm paying upfront? Still, everything else sparkled.
